Malakoff Independent School District is a 3A district on the southern end of Cedar Creek Lake. Currently, there are approximately 1,400 students enrolled. The District serves the areas of Malakoff, Tool, Star Harbor, Caney City, Payne Springs, and Mankin. Malakoff ISD has six campuses: Malakoff High School, Malakoff Junior High, Malakoff Intermediate, Malakoff Elementary, Tool Elementary, and an alternative campus (MAP). All of the schools are located in Malakoff city limits except Tool Elementary. Malakoff ISD wants you to join us in our journey toward excellence.
